Build the Green Grasshopper as a dimensional nature project using this digital pattern from makeCNC Workshops. The insect or arachnid subject works well in nature collections, educational displays, garden themes, or grouped animal models.

This plasma pattern is different from the normal laser-cut version because it uses much thinner slots intended for sheet-metal fabrication. The download contains DXF files only, supplied with slot sizing for Imperial 10 gauge, 12 gauge, 14 gauge and 16 gauge sheet metal, plus Metric 1.5 mm, 2 mm, 2.5 mm and 3 mm material. These DXF files are intended for plasma cutters, CNC metal-cutting lasers, waterjet cutters and similar sheet-metal cutting equipment.
