• Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital items (such as downloadable patterns), we do not offer refunds or returns. When you purchase a digital product, it’s final. We encourage you to review all product information carefully before completing your purchase.
• Tangible Products: For physical items like CNC hardware or merchandise, returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided the items are returned undamaged in their original packaging. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of defective products, we will happily provide a replacement if the item is returned within the 30-day window.
